Sayse Guesthouse and Resort offers a range of different accommodation options to suit families and independent travellers alike. The guest rooms are well-presented offering a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. It is the ideal location to kick back and relax, with an incredible natural setting in amongst the Tad Lo and Tad Hang waterfalls.The outdoor seating areas and gardens provide privacy and serenity to allow you to make the most of the environment. Sayse also have a superb restaurant with dining areas that offer immediate views of the waterfalls, providing you with a choice of the finest Lao and international cuisine.
Guest rooms are based in 3 coloured houses varying in style and location. Red House is close to reception, set in our tranquil gardens just a stones throw from away the river and waterfalls. The comfortable room within the house have a bungalow feel and there is a sociable communal terrace for your use. The Green House is situated on the upper Tad Hang waterfall and is a traditional style building on stilts. The ample guestrooms are joined by a spacious communal area. Finally the Blue House offers privacy and tranquillity with a location on the upper falls, at the base of Tad Lo waterfall with a short path through the trees and rocks to view this spectacular waterfall.

Our spacious grounds offer you a private holiday experience. To make your stay as hassle free as possible, staff can provide guests with transfers to their room from reception. Our friendly and helpful staff are eager to provide you with local tourist information as well as suggestions of how to utilise your time at the resort. Our reception and restaurant hold a well-stocked collection of English language books and newspapers for you to use during your stay.

Buddhism is such an important way of life in Laos with every village in the low lands of Laos having at least one temple or Wat. The temples are not only used for praying, but also, especially in remote areas, the temple is used for a meeting and community hall, a place of blessing for the new born, living and dead, and the centre of most festivals in Laos. Ban Senevang Village is no different with the community's livelihood and faith centred on their local temple.
In an effort to support our local community, Sayse Guest House and Resort has a donation box that we encourage guests to contribute to. We aim to support the renovation and restoration of the local temple. We encourage guests to explore the beautiful local village, Ban Senevang, and to visit the temple whilst staying at Sayse so that you can see the difference that your contributions can make.
